The whole trip was so much fun with Mr Zaid accompanying us to the destinations. We also got the chance to go check out new and unique destinations in Thailand. We didn’t have to worry about anything since everything was handled well and coordinated. All we had to submit was our copies of passport and everything else were well coordinated and done for us. Had a private tour to Egypt with Travelco Holidays during September 2024 covering Cairo and Alexandria. The Itinerary covered visits to Sakkara, Giza pyramids, NMEC museum in Cairo and Saladin Citadel with a private guide in a luxury coach. In addition to that, there were light and sound show in the pyramid area and a Nile Cruise with dinner which were really nice as well. The tour covers a full day visit to Alexandria as well with the private guide and I can rate the itenerary really worth the cost since the guide was really fluent in English and very professional in his job. The transport was on time with a friendly driver. However the hotel (Grand Pyramids) did not cover the expectations as the quality of food, room were not satisfactory eventhough the staff was helpful. Travelco agent Vageesha helped with the VISA services and planning the itenerary and was always reacheable.

Absolutely fantastic and a safe experience with Travelco! This is my second travel with them. From start to finish, my travel agent Shifan was coordinating well and ensured to answer all our questions. The group tour to Dubai in April’24 was organized well and our guide Tuan was very friendly and ensured that we had a pleasant travel. The accommodation and activities were good in both the Malaysia and Dubai tours. It would be best to provide a list of places that we could visit on the free day. I highly recommend booking your next adventure with Travelco!

I recently booked a tour to Thailand through this travel agency and overall, I was pleased with the service. The itinerary was well-organized, and the accommodations were comfortable. I’d like to extend special thanks to Vinod, my travel agent, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. However, I did experience some frustration with the punctuality of the agents, as they were late for pickups on multiple occasions. If they can improve on this aspect, it would elevate the experience significantly. Thank you so much travelco.

It was our first time working with a travel agent and Travelco team and specially Sohail made it a really pleasant experience. Their pricing are reasonable compared to others. But the service is exceptional. We went to Universal studios and Sentosa Islands with their arranged vehicles and attraction tickets were paid for. Sohail was truly kind and understanding.
