Senior Travel Consultant/ Sales Executive

oriented Senior Travel Consultant/ Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a background

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote our range of services.
  • Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in service-related sales.
  • Age: Must be 21 years or older.
  • Language Skills:
    o English: Full fluency is compulsory (written and spoken).
    o Secondary Language: Proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Travel or Tourism industry is a distinct
    advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Travel/Tourism or a related field would be added advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Visa Consultant

Key Responsibilities – Visa Consultant (Short but Explained)

  • Advise clients on visa requirements based on destination, purpose of travel, and profile
  • Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications ensuring all documents meet embassy guidelines
  • Manage timelines to avoid delays and last-minute submissions
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and visa centers/embassies for smooth processing
  • Track application status and update clients until a final decision is received

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in visa processing, including proven expertise in Schengen visa
    documentation
  • Proven experience in Schengen visa processing and documentation
  • Knowledge of visa documentation requirements and timelines, with familiarity in embassy and
    VFS systems
  • Language Skills:
    o English: Full fluency is compulsory (written and spoken).
    o Secondary Language: Proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil is required.

Assistant Manager – Ticketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily airline ticketing operations.
  • Issue, reissue, and refund tickets accurately using GDS systems.
  • Handle complex bookings, group tickets, and multi-sector itineraries.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with airline policies and fare rules.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in airline ticketing.
  • Proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
  • Diploma/degree in Travel, Tourism, Aviation, or related field would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, tariffs, and ticketing policies.
  • Excellent accuracy, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Language Skills:
